A brand new museum for Modern Art, Sculpture Gallery and Pavilions by the architect Jon Jonsson. 750 square metres filled to the brim
with Swedish and international artists in a permanent collection as well as temporary exhibitions (around ten each year). The buildings are situated round an
old legendary display garden containing a herb garden, a rosary, and cabbage garden with fruit trees.
The popular Art School for children is open in summer for ten weekly courses and work with the kids in the schools of Gotland during winter time. Here the kids work along with the pedagogue of the Museum along with exhibiting artists.
Café and bistro with locally produced food. The chef is from Sardinia in Italy.
Körsbärsgården serves as a test bed for eco architecture, buildings, energy systems, water supply and recycling.
A meeting place for writers, musicians, actors and dancers with theme evenings, Art Performance and workshops.
