Driveway (10min) from the port terminal: Drive south on the ferry route and take the first right onto Gutevägen towards Söderväg / road 140. At the red light turn left to Söderväg / road 140. Take the fourth exit on the roundabout and continue onto Söderväg in through Southport and turn right onto Slottbacken 100 and then turn left into Visborgsgatan and Hotell Slottsbacken. Walkway (15min) from the port terminal: Go south on the ferry route 1.1 km. Turn right at the roundabout to the cross street / pale street. Then follow the sloping Blekhagsback 160m up to Kommendatsbacken and continue on Kommendatsbacken 3 min to Visborgsgatan 1 and Hotell Slottsbacken. Driveway (15-20min) from Visby airport: Turn left onto Lummelund Road (149) towards Visby, follow the road signs, drive about 2.4km. Take the 2nd exit in the first roundabout onto Kung Magnus road and drive about 669m. Turn right and continue on Kung Magnus road, drive 796 m. Drive past the bus station and turn right onto Peder Harding road, drive 153 m. Then turn right onto Söderväg through the gate and onto south courtyard, drive 241 m. Turn right at slottsbacken and the hotel is on your left side. Take the first left and you are on Visborgsgatan 1 and Hotell Slottsbacken.
