Woolly accommodation
For twenty years, we ran the design company Yllet in a medieval house in the middle of Visby's inner city. When we closed down the business in the autumn of 2012, we started to convert our production premises into pleasant apartments for weekly rent. These were completed in the spring of 2013. You stay here in the middle of the reverently renovated World Heritage City. In addition to the medieval memorials, the surroundings also have a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants. To the sea and the nearest bathing area (Visby Havsbad) it is about 300 m. A walk in the medieval town with its city wall, church ruins and beautifully renovated houses is an experience both summer and winter. You are also close to the promenade, where you can walk along the sea at sunset and perhaps take a picnic to the beach.
We have decorated our apartments with great care. The beds are of good quality and in the furniture we have strived for a tasteful mix of old and new. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, stove with induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Of course, you also have access to full equipment in terms of porcelain, glassware, cooking vessels, etc.
The apartments are rented out weekly Sunday to Sunday and during autumn, winter and spring also short weeks (Sun-Thu, Thu-Sun).
